Welcome to Stapleton

Now selling in Conservatory Green, The Shenandoah Collection is Parkwood's new line of single family homes, designed to fit our new, larger lots in Stapleton's north neighborhoods.  Our average lot size is 30-50% larger than most of our south neighborhood lots, and with our new side drive garage plans, backyards will provide much more space to grow and play.

Along with the larger lots, Parkwood is in the process of revamping our whole line of homes.  We've created entirely new floorplans like the Asheville, while updating our most popular plans like the Chesapeake with improvements that have come through years of customizing plans to fit families' needs. 

Floorplans and details for the Shenandoah Collection homes are currently being finalized, and will be added to our website as they are completed.  In the meantime, you can browse our Georgetown Collection homes below for ideas, as most of those homes are in the process of being adapted to Conservatory Green and will soon be available.  Please see our sales team for details.  Remember, our floorplans are just a starting point--every Parkwood buyer gets the chance to sit down with our architect and customize their plan to fit the way they live.

Parkwood Homes will feature two single family model homes in Conservatory Green, The Chesapeake and The Asheville.  The Chesapeake is slated to open in mid-June, with the Asheville about a month behind. 

Georgetown Collection homes were built primarily in Stapleton's south neighborhoods.  We are in the process of adapting many of these plans to fit our new side-drive Shenandoah Collection in Conservatory Green.  If you are interested in one of these homes, please talk with our sales team to discuss the timing and possibility of building one in Conservatory Green.
